So I made an online order for a pair of Converse for my son and a pair of Timberland boots for myself as I had an event coming up and needed them asap. I go to pick up my order and the girl at the register checked to make sure the converse were correct but not the boots. I get home and open the Timberland box, pretty excited I might add cause I’ve been wanting that particular pair for a while, but when I look in the box there’s tennis shoes in there. And a pair of tennis shoes that I’ve never even seen before, couldn’t even tell you the brand. And they had been worn a while. Well I go back to the store and show them the disappointment that I had. Now I was under the impression that I could get another pair even if it’s not the same exact ones and it be an even trade. Well they didn’t have anymore of the ones I wanted so I picked another pair. I go to check out and the price difference is like $90 and I was told they wouldn’t swap them out. They didn’t even offer a discount or anything, didn’t even attempt to work with me even though it was their screw up!! Needless to say, I will never shop at DSW ever again. And that goes for all my friends and family as well. So disappointing; do better DSW before y’all don’t have a customer base at all!!!!

I was super disappointed- the girls on the floor were more interested in chatting with themselves than helping customers. I wondered around trying to find the shoe I wanted- finally left. Very unsatisfied. Do better!!!

First of all, it was delayed for 2 days. I am supposed to use it for my NYC trip. When I got back from the trip. When I received the package. The box was destroyed and the boots were evidently previously worn. It has discoloration around the ankles and creases from being worn. It was horrible. I can't wait to return it.

Just went to this store with my wife to do some Christmas shopping. When we walked in there was no welcoming or greeting of any kind. We were never offered assistance at any time. When my wife asked one of the associates for assistance, I believe the worker’s name is Adriana, she was answered while the worker was walking by didn’t stop to answer and answered rudely. Seems like people are just employed here to collect a check and no type of customer service skills or practice. Beware of bad customer service practices here!
